Terms

The service

NoLimitPPV is software for running Telegram chats, selling content and tracking revenue for creator studios and agencies (“you”). We provide the tools. You run the personas, the chats, the content and the business.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms on behalf of your studio.
• You are responsible for your team members, their access, and everything sent from your account.

Content and conduct

• Every person shown in content you sell must be an adult who has consented to it being made and sold. You must keep proof of age and consent.
• Only sell to adults. Follow Telegram’s terms, the rules of every platform you post on, and the law where you and your fans are.
• No content that is illegal, non-consensual, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Do not use the product to mislead fans about what they are paying for.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Payments and fees

• You pay a monthly plan price. We take no percentage of what fans pay you.
• Fan payments go through a third-party checkout provider whose own terms and processing fees apply.
• You are responsible for refunds to fans, payouts to your team, and your own taxes.
• You can cancel at any time; partial months are not refunded.

AI features

AI drafts are suggestions. You and your team are responsible for every message sent, including messages sent by autopilot if you turn it on.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, and we depend on third parties such as Telegram and the checkout provider. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes before they apply. You can stop using the service at any time. We may end the service for you if you break these terms.
