Who this covers

NoLimitPPV is software that creator studios and agencies (“studios”) use to run Telegram chats, sell content and track revenue. This page explains what we store about studios and their team members, and what the software stores about fans on a studio’s behalf.

For fan data, the studio decides what is collected and why, and we process it for them. If you are a fan and want your data accessed or deleted, contact the studio you chatted with. You can also write to us and we will pass the request on.

What we store

• Studio accounts: name, email, role and which personas each team member can see. Sign-in is by email link; we do not store passwords.
• Social accounts: platform handles, profile links and post records. We never store logins or passwords for social accounts.
• Content: media the studio uploads, kept in private storage and shown through short-lived signed links.
• Telegram chats: the fan’s Telegram user ID and public profile name, the messages in conversations with the studio’s personas, and notes or tags the studio adds.
• Payments: amounts, offers bought, prepaid balance history, and the reference the checkout provider returns. Card numbers and wallet keys are handled by the checkout provider, not by us.
• Link clicks: a hashed IP address (raw IPs are never stored), referrer, browser user agent and country.
• AI drafts: when a studio turns on AI assist, recent messages are sent to the studio’s chosen AI provider to draft a reply. We log whether each draft was accepted, edited or rejected.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the product: hosting and database, the payment checkout, Telegram, and the AI provider if the studio turns AI on. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

nolimitppv.com sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics scripts.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the studio’s account is active. Payment and ledger records are append-only and may be kept longer where accounting or legal rules require it. When a studio closes its account, we delete its data within a reasonable period, apart from records we must keep.
